Deposit
A Deposit of £100 per week per caravan is required with booking form and balance is to be paid ON ARRIVAL to the site. The Deposit is not refunded if the cancelled.
Deposit MUST be sent within 7 days of provisional booking being made.
Anyone using Higher Harlyn Park and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk, we will not accept liability for loss or damage to any property.
Deposit Cheques - Please make payable to Higher Harlyn Park.
Key Deposit
There is a £50 (cash) deposit payable with the balance on all bookings, this is returned within 7 days of departure date, providing caravan is left clean and undamaged.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SMOKING IN THE CARAVANS.
Dogs
Dogs will be charged at £20.00 per week per dog. Please notify us when booking if you are bringing dogs as they are not allowed in many caravans - very limited availability.

A maximum of two dogs are permitted per caravan at any time and they are NOT allowed in the bedrooms.
Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended in the caravans at any time and MUST be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the site. A dog walking field is provided where they may be allowed to run. Please clean up after your dogs. Bins are provided.// back to top

Tents
Tents are not allowed to be pitched by the static caravans. There are seperate fields on our
site for camping. If electricity is required for tents, please request a 'camping' booking form.
There is strictly no excessive noise permitted after 11.00pm anywhere on the
site or in the static caravans. Motorised scooters are NOT permitted on site. No ball games.
