Plots for New Statics with 15 year lease
For the start of the 2026 season, we have several empty plots available in our Static 1 & 2 Fields for which you could choose a new static, and start a new 15-year lease (note, these plots are for new statics only).
As a very rough guide, a price for brand new static in our Static Field 1 & 2, (delivered, sited on a new concrete base, connected, commissioned, including vat and a new 15-year lease) would cost between £67,500 - £85,000. The cost depends on the caravan chosen.
